IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Illumination Cream with SPF 50+ $38 This is the easiest one step foundation ever! In one step you get your SPF, awesome anti-aging ingredients and a medium coverage foundation. You'll also get a nice dewy finish which I love but if you prefer a more satin or matte look check out the original IT Cosmetics CC cream. I've been going super low maintenance with this one and just applying it with my fingers. Fractionated Coconut Oil $13 This has been a life-changing favorite! And the perfect multi-use product to travel with. I've been using it as makeup remover, facial cleanser, shaving cream, hair/scalp mask and body lotion. The fact that it's fractionated means that it doesn't ever solidify which means that you can…

April Birchbox Update

April Birchbox Update

Makeup, Skin Care
As with most subscription boxes, we had some winners and some eh products this month. Although all of the products are sample or travel size, I was able to get multiple uses from each and form a pretty educated opinion about them. I really enjoyed that in this month's box they included brands that are ingredient-conscious as I am always happy to find more natural and equally effective alternatives to my current products. I have rated all of the products on a 1-5 point scale (5 being the best). Hope you enjoy... Au Naturals Cosmetic Trio Set- 1/5 Definitely the most disappointing product of the group. Not only was the sample size packaging not functional but the products themselves didn't last on my skin for more than a few minutes if at all.…
